Our contracts are subject to Swiss or French (depending on location) legislation and based on an official 6-day work week. This means, apart from 2 regular vacation days per month, you will be credited minimum 1 additional leave day for every full week you worked. With this system, all our employees are entitled to approximately 7-8 weeks of paid vacation during a 9-10 months’ season. Our main goal is that all these accumulated days are fully depleted at the end of the season. For all positions on board, we appoint vacation replacements. The contract package includes the following:
• Health & accident insurance
• Payments into pension fund
• Declaration and monthly deduction of income taxes in Switzerland or France
